Our client is a rapidly expanding logistics and distribution platform supporting FMCG, retail, and e-commerce clients across Saudi Arabia. The company is investing heavily in infrastructure, technology, and operational scale to support national growth.

The Role

The Vice President of Operations will oversee end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, fleet, and last-mile delivery. This role will be responsible for operational performance, cost optimisation, service levels, and scalability across multiple hubs. The VP will lead large operational teams and implement process standardisation, KPIs, and performance frameworks. A key mandate will be supporting expansion into new regions while maintaining service quality and margin control. The role will report directly to the CEO and act as a core member of the executive leadership team.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have senior operations leadership experience within logistics, distribution, or large-scale supply chain environments. Strong exposure to high-volume, multi-site operations is essential. Experience operating in Saudi Arabia or similarly complex markets is highly desirable. The ideal profile combines operational rigour with leadership maturity and change management capability. Proven ability to scale operations, manage large workforces, and drive performance culture is critical.
