Our client is a consumer-facing retail group managing multiple brands across physical and digital channels. The business is investing in brand differentiation and customer-led growth.

The Role

The Director of Marketing & Brand will define and lead the groups brand and marketing strategy across all channels and markets. This role will oversee brand positioning, campaign development, digital performance, and customer engagement initiatives. A key focus will be aligning brand identity with commercial objectives and improving ROI on marketing spend. The Director will manage internal teams and external agencies while ensuring consistency across touchpoints. The role will work closely with commercial and digital teams to support revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior marketing leadership experience within retail, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands. Strong exposure to omnichannel marketing and brand strategy is essential. Experience in the UAE or regional markets is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate commercial thinking, creativity balanced with discipline, and strong stakeholder management. Proven leadership of multi-functional marketing teams is required.
