Our client is a major construction and infrastructure contractor involved in large-scale projects across Saudi Arabia, including government and private sector developments. The organisation is strengthening its commercial and contract management capabilities.

The Role

The Commercial Director will oversee all commercial aspects of the business, including contracts, cost control, claims, and risk management. This role will support project teams from tender stage through execution and final account settlement. A key responsibility will be strengthening commercial governance and improving margin visibility across the project portfolio. The Director will manage senior commercial teams and interface with clients, consultants, and legal advisors. The role will report to executive leadership and contribute to bid strategy and contract structuring.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have extensive commercial leadership experience within construction or infrastructure environments. Strong expertise in contract management, claims, and project financials is essential. Experience working on large-scale Saudi projects is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, risk awareness, and the ability to support complex project environments. Chartered or professionally qualified candidates are strongly preferred.
