The Role
The Brand Manager will be responsible for shaping, protecting, and growing the company's brand across all marketing channels. This is a strategic and hands-on role covering brand positioning, digital marketing, creative content, and events management.
The position will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency, strengthening market visibility, and supporting commercial objectives through effective brand leadership. Working closely with senior management, internal teams, and external partners, the Brand Manager will deliver high-quality brand experiences that enhance reputation, drive engagement, and support long-term business growth.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in brand management, marketing, or digital roles within FMCG, retail, or consumer-focused environments. A strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and brand campaigns is essential, along with experience managing events, brand activations, and creative projects.
The candidate should be commercially minded, highly organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management capability, and the ability to work with creative agencies and external suppliers are key requirements.
A bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Graphic Design is required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud. The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset, with the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality brand output across all platforms.
