The Role

The Executive Director will lead the full development lifecycle of major real estate projects, from concept and feasibility through to delivery and handover. This role will oversee planning, design coordination, commercial structuring, and execution across multiple assets. The Director will manage relationships with government entities, investors, consultants, and contractors. A strong focus will be placed on governance, risk management, and delivery certainty. The role will contribute directly to shaping the long-term development pipeline and investment strategy.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must have senior leadership experience in real estate development within large, complex project environments. Strong exposure to Saudi Arabias regulatory and development landscape is highly preferred. The ideal profile combines technical development expertise with commercial and stakeholder management strength. Experience working with public-sector stakeholders or giga-project environments is a strong advantage. The candidate must demonstrate credibility, decision-making authority, and long-term strategic thinking.
