Our Client

Our client is a large UAE-based organisation with significant procurement spend across projects, operations, and services. The business is strengthening its procurement governance and supplier management practices.

The Role

The Head of Procurement will lead strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and procurement policy across the organisation. This role will focus on cost optimisation, supplier performance, and contract standardisation. A key responsibility will be implementing procurement frameworks that support transparency, compliance, and value creation. The role will work closely with operations, finance, and legal teams to support business requirements. The position will manage senior procurement professionals and influence enterprise-wide purchasing decisions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior procurement leadership experience within large organisations or project-driven environments. Strong exposure to strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations is essential. Experience in the UAE or GCC markets is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate commercial acumen, governance discipline, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. Professional procurement qualifications are advantageous.
